Best time to take estrogen control ?

Hi i would to know when its the best time to take E Control during my cycle o wit my pct im doing a 4 Andro
Have any1 experience any estrogen issues like gyno using 4 andro
Do i need to worry about estrogen rebound?

It really depends on the individual. If you are concerned I would run a couple caps per day of econtrol while on cycle, and with your PCT. Thats what I do.

3x daily is ideal due to the short half life of E-Control. And E-Control is a suicidal aromatase inhibitor so there's no rebound.

Its ok if i run my 4 andro cycle like this

Week 1-4
2 caps 4 andro -2 caps cycle support
On week 2 i will start 2 caps E Control

Week 4-8 Pct

That's fine but 4 caps daily of 4-Andro would give much better results.

Like EB said, 2 caps a day of 4 andro is not much. You will see results, but the results will be wayyy better with 4 per day, or if you add 2 caps of 1 andro or nor andro in with it and still little to no side effects at all.
