gonna start my halo extreme stack for 6 weeks soon ! was wondering im trying to add lean mass and already consuming 3250 calories at 162lbs!! do i need to raise my calorie intake to make substantial gains ?
also do i take pro hormones even on off days as well ? on, off days do i still need to get the same calorie goals as workout days? i find it harder to get those kinda calorie goals in when not working out (pre,POst workout shakes)

Telling you how many calories you need is impossible, everyone's metabolism is a little different. What advice we can give you is that eating on a little surplus is a good thing if you're looking to lean bulk, if you want to run a recomp or cut then stick to maintenance or a few hundred below. Halo isn't so strong that you're going to be using up a surplus of 700 calories every day if that's what you're thinking, it's not quite that type of compound...

Yes you still take your PH on "off" days.

I appreciate the help !! I guess what I was trying to say was that my maintenance cals are right at 2800 cal and I'm at 3250 now slowly gaining weight and muscle , I'm 6'1" 162 lbs @ 9% bf. I was at 145lbs@ 6% bf before I started bulking naturally no ph ( pretty clean diet)! I didn't know if while taking the Halo would I need to feed my body more to help growth !

if you're already over maintenance I'd stick where you are. You could add a few cals, but you'd be teetering on the line between having just enough and having too much.

This is something you probably already know, but another thing to consider is how you eat through pct. I can tell you through personal experience that trying to eat at a deficit too soon can kill your gains. During my first ph cycle I remember making some solid strength and mass gains, probably 20-25 lbs on Andromass. Well, I wanted to trim away the extra couple of bf% I picked up and starting cutting immediately into PCT. That wasn't the best idea as I pretty much gave everything back. Some guys do it differently, but I personally like to maintain my calories at cycle levels so that I can get my body accustomed to the new muscle and strength naturally. I might add in another cardio session or something then. After PCT then I'll see where I'm at in regards to reducing bf% at a slower rate.

My advice if you haven't done so yet is to look up info on post cycle nutrition, specifically during PCT. The "on" feeling is great during the cycle, but nutrition is key to keeping those gains.
