Card did not match adress, still charged

Not too happy right now. It said my order could not be confirmed because I am trying to order to my college, but my card adress is my house. This has never been a problem on any other site. Anyways, it appears to have charged my card four times?! I have 4 orders pending, 2 debit, and 2 credit. I only want one debit. Wish there was a way I could just call someone and get this taken care of too. Sorry if I am a bit salty.
