I'm feeling a lot better now. Thanks for asking! It's crazy think it might have been the flu idk but only went to the gym once all last week and totally lost my appetite and was in week three of my cycle but only lost a pound and a half and no strength! I'm back in the gym tho as of yesterday and in my last week on cycle...
