Can I take them together for 4 weeks and then go on my next cycle?

No. Time on cycle+pct =time off.

If your cycle is 4 weeks, do pct with Clomid for four weeks. Then take 6-8 weeks off.
You can still take E-Control post Clomid.

Basically a four week cycle with four week PCT then take eight weeks off. If you are an experienced user you can get away with only six weeks off.
