Im about to be done with my pct, and i want to change my protein... i want to go from gold standard whey protein to creatine!!!!


Any tips? which creatine is the best?

Umm..........am I missing something here or does this post make no sense? I have re-read it so many times and Im still not sure what to make of it, lol.
Take protein and creatine FTW! I like Controlled Labs Green Magnitude creatine.

concrete makes good creatine...but keep the whey in..maybe go with a hydro whey..

Definitely take both, no meed to cycle off. And buy a kilo of bulk creatine powder, your bank account will thank you. Cheaper to do that than buy a 30 day supply from some companies.
And it is a good idea to take some simple carbs with creatine.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that Internet wasn't as widely available "back then" lol. With the ease of accessing information today there's no excuses.

Most of the trainer says creatine is not good for body building, it gives you faster results but it's harmful for your lungs, do you guys agree with them. I had never used creatine but interested to use this if it's safe for me.
