Hey guys, I am on a cycle of super dmz right now, on the 10th day.. And I am loving it, already gained around 10 lbs. but basically my question is what is the best cutting PH ? I think I should have leaned out a little before starting the sdmz, I am loving the gains but I still have this gut, have not been able to get rid of it in the 5+ years of training.. I am currently 210 lbs and I'm assuming 15-20% body fat. Basically if I finish my cycle of sdmz, and start a cutting cycle stacked with a fat burner will I lose my gains from the sdmz? I've read a little about osta shred. Just wanted your guys opinion. Thank you.
