Cutting Tips Anyone?

Hey guys,

So I am currently around 218lbs and around 17% bodyfat. I'm looking to cut down to about 6 or 7% (around 193lbs if I calculated correctly) and am just wondering if anyone has some tips they'd be willing to share. I currently have a high protein diet at around 45g per meal while intaking approximately 35-40g of carbs (post workout) and about 20g of fats. I do around 25-30 minutes a week of High Intensity Interval Training (not including the 5 minute warm up and cool down). I'm taking Wheybolic Extreme 60 from GNC (Whey Isolate) once pre and one post, Pump-HD (pre workout with creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine, L-Carnitine), Complete Nutrition's Fortify (pre or post workout, carbs), as well as 1-Andro by IML (one in the morning and one at night). I lift at about 65-80% of my max on all lifts for 12-15 reps for 3-4 sets and proceed with my HIIT. After about a week or two I have noticed an increase in weight (not bad, just not what I'm goin for).

Do I need to cut my carbs or could this simply be creatine bloat?

P.S. I know that this is off topic, but I am greatly enjoying the 1-Andro :) I feel great and haven't had to up my water intake by much to stay hydrated and I can definitely tell a difference from anything else I've taken. Thank you IML for another great product!
 
You need to keep track of your daily caloric intake. Try for 500 below maintanence.

Cardio is important too.

Try adding in some clen or eca stack. Tren is amazing for cutting too.

If you recently started creatine that could be the weight increase. Are you on a cycle? If so it could be some water weight.

Also aim for at least 1.5 gallons of water a day. You need it to flush out fat. Along with keeping your kidneys and liver healthy.
 
I'll try that. I currently am at around 2,500 calories and this is my second cycle of creatine at 5mg for 4 weeks then off for 4 weeks. I'll be upping my water intake as suggested.

As for Tren, I've heard great things about it and I am definitely going to be getting some, but probably for my next lean bulk. That's at Blackstone Labs right?

Sweet! Definitely looking forward to it! Now, I'm not prone to gyno, but what would you recommend for pct and while I'm on Tren to make sure I don't completely mess up my body?

On a side note, do you know what negative sides I need to look out for with Trenabol? I'm going to get a couple bottles of E-control, Clomid, and Advanced Cycle Support. I already have 2 bottles of Ultra Male rx and Anabolic Matrix.

Blood pressure is likely to be dose-dependently elevated to a significant degree, cholesterol levels and liver function markers are likely to be adversely affected, though to what extent remains to be seen. Commonly reported trenbolone sides include night-sweats, mood swings, enlarged prostate, androgenic hair growth, temporarily increased or reduced libido, as well as the suppression of endogenous testosterone production, and it would be sensible to assume that these may also result from use of Trenabol. Our Advanced Cycle Support will help keep all these sides t an absolute minimum. Since Trenabol is a progesterone, one can also expect prolactin typical sides; leaky, sore, itchy, or inflamed nipples which can all be treated with NOW Vitex, or prolactin-induced gynecomastia which will be very painful to the touch, but can be treated effectively with cabergoline (a dopamine agonist as biggie suggested above).

just wanted to let you guys know your advice really helped, I've lost around 11lbs and am down a few pant sizes even when I'm stuffed. :)

If the problem is fat, I doubt you'd got to 6% and still had a large belly.

I think you might be lactose intolerant. Have you tried stopping diary?

Just had a look at your pictures and I'd place you at about 10% BF. Your belly doesn't look bad - what are you worried about?
 
The pictures are old, I'm working on updating them soon. I really just need to lose that extra that's hiding my abs. I don't eat much dairy and at the time I was cycling off creatine monohydrate 5 grams per day. After the Tren is when I lost a few lbs of fat.
 
What does your diet consist of? I notice that approximately 36% of your calories are from fats. What kinds?
