Cyanostane rx, is a blend of 15mg Cyanostane and 10mg Dimethazine per capsule.
Dimethazine is two steroid molecules bound together by a nitrogen atom. Upon ingestion, stomach acid separates the two steroid molecules that closely resemble methyldrostanolone (Superdrol) Therefore Cyanostane rx does not contain Superdrol but once broken down it is somewhat similar.
Dimethazine was a prescribed steroid at one time therefore we have human trials in which this steroid was used. This medication has been around since 1962 when it was presented in the literature. Early on it was sold under the Roxilon brand name. Dimethazine is basically an oral Masterone (drostanolone propionate). Published reports indicate that Dimethazine possesses an androgenic rating of 96 and an anabolic rating of 210. Furthermore it seems to possess little to no estrogenic or progestational activity.
Dimethazine is an oral c-17alpha alkylated steroid that may be liver toxic to a degree. Note that in studies administering 20mg daily to female patients for 45-95 days, Dimethazine was shown to induce modest to moderate bilirubinemia (excess bilirubin in the blood, indicative of hepatic stress) in close to 50% of patients. Approximately 25% of the patients noticed some increases in serum transaminases. These results suggest this steroid has some hepatoxicity and should therefore be limited to shorter durations of use.
Cyanostane features an alteration of the superdrol compound, with a cyano bond instead of the 2a methyl superdrol bond. The chemical structure is the same as methyldrostanolone (Superdrol), except it has a cyano group on the 2 position instead of a methyl group. It is a C-17aa steroid and it may be liver toxic, although, due to the lack of the 4-ene on ring A and lack of 2-methylation, liver toxicity may be reduced relative to a di-methylated steroid such as Superdrol.
Cyanostane alone will result in lean gains as this compound cannot convert to estrogen. Based on the chemical structure, the anabolic potency would appear to be fairly potent with moderate androgenic potency.
