When taking these suplements do i take together or spread apart and also i drink a crap load of water i mmean where i am waking up pizzing four times a night and my urine is still clear.......is possible to dilute the dmz from to much water i take ?

Yes you have to keep water intake around a gallon to a gallon and half as said. As far as consuming the PH, one in the am, 8-12hrs later another and the rest spaced throughout the day.
