During PCT? ---> Any Tips?

so Im done with my super DMZ 2.0 RX
I started the my pct 7/12/2013 so far i haven't lose any weight, im eating more and working out harder.. I'm also taking IML's Ultra Male (1 cap a day before bed for 4 weeks), IML's E-Control Rx 2.0 (3 caps a day for 4 weeks - 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, 1 at dinner).

any tips, or idea?


 
Increase calories and protein and drink more water..always helped me combat loss during PCT.
 
a lot of folks suggest reducing training volume during PCT and lifting heavier. something about tricking the body into thinking the new muscle is still necessary...

interdasting stuff, bodes research
