What weeks should E-Control Rx @ 3 caps daily be taking during an 8 week cycle?

I would start it 1-2 weeks before you stop your ph so that it has time to absorb into your body and give you the best effect as you end your cycle!

Assuming you're using a Serm for weeks 9-12 I would start it either week 10 or 11 and run it a week or 2 past your Serm to prevent any estro rebound, no need to be ran on cycle unless you see gyno issues start to flare up (i.e. itchy/puffy nips, then it can be ran 1 pill 3x a day to counteract until its under control)
