I finished my cycle in August, PCT (Clomid) in September, and 2 weeks of Nolva (to help gyno issue) 2 weeks ago. I have been using an aromatase inhibitor (Black Lion Research Formeron) for the last 2 weeks (started on last dose of Nolva). I used Advanced Cycle Support throughout my cycle and during my pct. I also started using it again when I took Nolva and still am taking it. My blood pressure was fine before I cycled, but now it's elevated. Could steroids or ancillaries cause it to stay elevated for this long?
-Thank You!

I believe it's the co Q 10 in the ACS that helps BP the most. Sometimes I supplement with extra co Q 10 on top of the ASC to bring the total dose to around 200mg/day. Works for me.

if your holding a bunch of water it will elevate your bp for sure..

You can also try this trick.

First thing upon waking up in the a.m, drink a large glass of cold water. Chew up an aspirin and take this with the water. This is the first thing you do each morning.

This actually can help regulate your BP for the day and it tends to lower BP in most people. Super inexpensive and works like a charm.

Look up water intake in the am and regulation of your body, you will be surprised how water alone in the am can make a significant positive impact on your daily health.

I actually practice this method with my pre-workout, too...kicks in FAST!
