Here is what I decided on my cycle

Weeks 1-2
4 caps Epi Andro a day
3 caps ACS
Test cyp at 1ml every 5 days

Week 3
4 caps Epi Andro
2 caps Epi Tren
3 caps ACS
3 caps E control
Test cyp at 1.25ml every 4 days

Week 4
4 caps Epi Andro
3 caps Epi Tren
3 caps ACS
3 caps E control
Test Cyp at 1.25 ml every 4 days

Week 5-6
4 caps Epi Andro
3 caps Epi Tren
3 caps ACS
3 Caps E control
4 caps 4-andro
Test cyp at 1ml every 5 days



weeks 7-10
Finish bottle of Epi Tren 3 per day- ( four days)
3 Caps E control
3 caps of Osta
3 caps ACS
continue TRT

11-14
3 caps of Osta
Continue TRT

I am not doing any dex or nova during the cycle but if I get puffy nipples I will start the nova. I wanted to keep the cycle as dry as possible so I decided to add the e control as it will run well with the Nova if I need to start taking it. MY past cycles in the last 18 months are a 4 week run on Halo, a 4 week run on sdmz and a 6 week run of Halo. I gained two to three pounds a day the first week of sdmz a ton of water weight that came off at the end. On halo I gained five pounds the first week of water weight. Overall over the last year and half I have gained about ten pounds of muscle and shed ten pounds of fat. I feel great about where I am at.

MY goal for this cycle is to drop body fat and increase strength. Ideally I would like to keep my weight about the same but lower my body fat decreasing my waist by one inch. I am currently 6'3'' 231 pounds about 10% to 11% body fat. I am already very lean but want to bring out my lower abs for a photo shoot I am doing for my 50th birthday in September.

I did 2 caps a day of The Epi andro for 4 days before going to 4.

I also should have stated I am on a cutting diet running about 500 calories a day less than normal. I am doing 3000-3200 for three days followed by a 4000 calorie day. I take in about 30 protein 25 fats and the rest in carbs. No sugars for the most part.

My workouts are fast paced with fairly heavy loads.

Monday- off
Tuesday - upper body lift
Wednesday - speed work plyos squats, dead lifts etc. - core work
Thursday- interval swimming
Friday- Chest , tricep and Bicep
Saturday- Delts, Traps and back - core work
Sunday- Track work- 100m to 200m repeats.
 
Summary week one-

My strength was up for all lifts. I felt good in all my workouts. I lost two pounds the first week. Abs have started to lean out more after only one week.

My blood pressure has been good. Overall very happy with week one.

Summary of week two-

Strength continues to increase, leaning out a little more. Weight by day ten was down 4 pounds but by the end of the second week I was back up to my starting weight of 231.

I am still leaning out, feel and look leaner than at the start.

I started the Epi tren 1 day early. I also increased my Test dose at the end of the week. I was able to get a little extra Test so for the next two weeks I will be doing a little higher dose than my normal TRT.

My blood pressure has been staying at about 120 - 65. I am happy about that.

I killed all my workouts this last week. Feeling really good about everything.

Today is a off day from working out. I will update mid week to see if I am feeling any effects of the Epi Tren yet. Today is my second day on it.

Any suggestions or advice moving forward on my cycle is appreciated.

Mid week update:

Tuesday workout:
My energy was a little down and my body was not very well recovered from the weekend workouts. I still had a good workout but lightened the loads and volume doing just enough to get a good pump on all my upper body muscles.

I decided to boost my calories back up to maintenance levels for the rest of the week. I am focused on getting some good recovery. I slept 8 1/2 hours Tuesday night.

Wednesday:

I did a light amount of speed work and plyos followed by lifting legs. My energy level was back up to a good level and destroyed my workout. This the workout I hit today.

Speed work:
Warm up drills and dynamic stretches
3x20 full speed
5X30 full speed
50 box jumps on a 36 inch box stepping down (done in sets of 10)
stretch, take a 5 minute rest

Lifting
dead lifts
Warm up set
225X15
275x12
275x12

Stiff legged
275x12
275x10
225x9

Squat pyramid
225X10
275x10
325x10
375x 13

I blasted through all the dead lifts and squats in about 25 minutes, so short rest periods.

Standing calf raises smith cage
275 until a good burn- 3 sets
Seated calf raises
90 pounds until a good burn - 3 sets

3 sets of raised glute brides

Iso leg press single leg for reps
lying leg curl full stack for reps.

Overall good workout not real heavy on the loads but with the short rest period kicked my ass. My ass and legs are screaming at me as I write this.

Summary of this week so far:

My blood pressure is still doing good 124- 63 this morning.
My energy was back up today.
My weight is the same at 231.
I seem to be leaning out more, I am noticing more size starting to come onto my shoulders and my legs. Definitely seeing more muscle coming in and fat reducing.
My water weight seems to be staying down even with the increase in Testosterone dose this week. The e control seems to be working well for that. NO puffiness in the nipples which was a problem on last couple of cycles.
I have only been on the Epi tren for three days but all seems to be going well so I think I am going to increase it 3 caps a day tomorrow rather than waiting until next week.

Still really pleased with this cycle so far. I will update at the end of the week.
 
UP date from the last few days:

Thursday- Upped the dose to of Epi Tren to 3 caps a day
My swim intervals went well, felt good.

Friday- I hit chest , biceps and triceps. I went heavy with a lot of volume. Energy was a little down, feeling very tired but energy kicked up once I was lifting. I had a good workout, strength is increasing nicely.

Saturday- I hit shoulders and back. I went very heavy loads with a lot of volume. Energy was back up but overall still not at my normal level

Sunday- My legs are still trashed so I did a swimming interval workout instead of the track. I struggled mightily, I did much worse than normal.

Summary of week three:

My strength is way up, I hit new highs on a number of sets this week. My muscles are thickening up a bit, most noticeable in my delts Traps, back and thighs. I am still leaning out but made no progress on lower abs.
My blood pressure was 116- 62 this morning.
My weight is at 233 but I am looking leaner than last week. ( up 2 pounds)
My overall physique is improving week to week I feel great about the progress.
I have gained more strength on this cycle than my sdmz cycle through the first three weeks.
Even though I had planned to stay on a cutting diet this whole cycle I increased the calorie because the strength is increasing so fast and I am putting on some size. I am going to ride that horse for now.

I am experiencing some sides this week:

Two days I had trouble with Sleep which is very unusual for me. That was Thursday and Friday but the last two nights I have slept very sound.
I am having a little nausea this week with decreased appetite. I am still eating the same amount of calories.
Energy is way down during the day. I have been taking one to two short naps a day.
Some light abdominal pain.
My concern is that I may be overloading my liver a little bit. If symptoms continue I will do some blood work on my liver to see how I am doing.
I had a little water weight gain mid week but it dropped back off by the end of the week.
My resting heart rate is up 7-8 beats when checked in the morning.


I am increasing my sleep and increased my calories to see if I will feel better. Today is a off day from training. I am feeling better today than I have been.

I started Nova a few days ago as My nipples have been very erect this week. No real puffiness, so it more of a precaution. I also started some cabor which I am going to take one every four days. I have had the erect nipples to some degree the whole time I have been on trt. My Doctor has checked me for gyno and thinks I have none. I have even had my estrogen quite low when I did blood work and it made no difference. I am really just experimenting with the Cabor to see if it will make a difference.

Overall great progress this week. I am gong to hit some very heavy loads this later this week and I am hoping to see more increases.

nice! I would expect you don't need to be TOO worried about your liver with only the methyl epistane
 
Yeah, just keep taking your ACS, and be sure to get plenty of water.
 
Mid week update:

Overall my workouts have been going good. I am leaning out more this week in the abs. My weight is up a pound so far this week.
On lift days by the time I am hitting it the energy is not a problem. But damn after I am ready for a nap. lol -
On cardio days I seem to be struggling much more than normal.

Strength continues to go up. The next couple days I will be loading heavy and seeing where I am at.


My sides are better this week:
My nausea for the most part is gone
My appetite is a little down but better than last week.
My sleep has been great.
But damn I have been tired during the day. I am sleeping about 9 to 10 hours a day. 8 at night and then a couple of naps.
My blood pressure is doing great.
My resting heart rate seems to be a little elevated.


My question is:

Should I continue to sleep that much or am I slowing my metabolism? I could just pound down more caffeine. But will I get leaner and make more gains sticking with the increased sleep. I already bumped my calories up 500 a day. I am thinking of upping them a little more.

Opinions?
 
Getting that much sleep is awesome! You're giving your body plenty of recovery time and stimulating GH. You can always have a protein shake ready to go in the fridge for when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.

Good idea to hit a shake in the middle of night probably a good way to up the calories a little more.
 
Summary end of week four:

My strength continues to increase. I am looking thicker in the shoulders, chest, back and legs.
Definitely more lean this week. Most noticeably improvement in my abs.
My weight is at 234 Up a pound from last week.
I seem to be gaining more size since I started the epi tren on week two. The first two weeks was all cutting and getting leaner when I was only on epi andro.
The last two weeks I have put on a noticeable increase in muscle. Even though the weight is not much different.
I still feel really good about my progress.
I have a number of people that have commented to me at the gym about my improvements.
All my lifting working outs have been great. My swimming and sprint workouts have been a struggle. I just do not have my normal energy to attack these workouts like normal.
I am still sleeping 9-10 hours a day. My calories are up to about 3600 to 4000 per day.

Sides:

My blood pressure has started to go up a little 137- 73 this morning.
My energy level is very low.
Libido is slightly down although the first two weeks it was through the roof.
Sleep has been great. (I do use Somatamax which has Dopa in it)
Appetite is slightly down I sometimes have to force myself to eat.
No nausea at all.

Mid week update:

I increased my epi tren dose to 4 per day on Tuesday. I have 8 days left on the epi tren.

I took Monday and Wednesday off from working out this week. I normally only take one day off a week. But my body needed some extra recovering.

I had a great workout on Tuesday. Today I did a interval swim workout and struggled mightily.
I should be ready tomorrow to load really heavy and see where I am at on strength. The next two days workouts should be good then Sunday I will be doing 8X30 sprints at full speed and then 5X100 at 80%. I have to get my legs back by the first week of October for my next meet.

I am thinking of increasing my food intake another 500 calories a day to see if that will increase my energy. I would still take in the same macros but increase the totals. I have about ten days left on this cycle.

I was wondering if it would be okay to extend out another one to two weeks of the epi andro after I go off the epi tren? I would have been on epi andro for 6 weeks when I end the epi tren. I will still start the osta when I run out of epi tren. Maybe that is overkill and it would not be of benefit?

I am going to do some blood work next week.

My blood pressure has slowly been going up each week since I started the epi tren. It was at 150 over 79 when I went to the doctor yesterday.
My blood work came back fairly good. My ast and alt were just slightly out of the normal range. My Doctor thought it was not a problem.
Libido is back up this week.
Sleep has been great.
Appetite is better this week.
No nausea this week.
Out of my four pounds gained this week one or two my be water but overall staying very dry on this cycle.

Mid week up date:

I have two days left on the epi tren.
I have cut my calories back down this week.
I started the osta today.
I am going to extend the epi andro for another week bringing the total to 7 weeks.
My weight was at 240 this morning. I have added more size on this cycle than I thought I would.
I have lost body fat even while gaining a total of 9 pounds.
I will spend the last week and a half cutting as much as possible.

I will update at the end of next week with what my final results are for this cycle. So far this is the best results I have gotten from any of my cycles I have run.( Halo, sdmz,) I will post a final photo at the end of next week.
 
Summary of week six:

Strength is up, for the six weeks I have increased all lifts. My max bench is increased about 35 pounds. My Max squat is up about 50 pounds. I do not max out so I am just estimating based on reps at a heavier load.

I am about the same body fat over the last three weeks. Overall for the 6 weeks I am down in body fat a few pounds. My waist has decreased by 3/4 of an inch, my abs are showing more, legs back and shoulders are more ripped.

My weight is at 241. Up three pounds from last week and a total of 10 pounds for the six weeks. I have a few pounds of added water over the last 4 weeks.
I have been off the epi tren for three days already and the water weight is dropping. I am expecting to settle in at about 238 pounds a increase of 7 pounds but have also dropped some fat off. Overall this was a very dry cycle and I have added more size than on any of my other cycles.
On the sdmz cycle I added 19 pounds in four weeks but dropped 13 of that in ten days because I had so much water weight.

Overall this has been a very dry cycle for me. I am going to extend out the epi andro at 6 caps a day for ten more days. I have already started the osta at 3 a day.

As far as a straight cutting cycle next time I run this I am going to do the epi andro for 6 weeks at 6 caps a day stacking it with osta the last four weeks and extra testosterone. I think that would keep the energy up and allow me to stay on a cutting diet the whole time. But if you are looking at cutting body fat and adding size this is a great lay out. I got some really good results running as stated. I did increase the epi tren to 4 caps a day by two and half weeks into it and I will be going ten more days on the epi andro as stated above. Other than that I ran the cycle as stated.

Sides:

My blood pressure has increased the last two weeks peaking at about 150- 80. As soon as I ended the epi tren it starting going down. Today it was 134- 71
My liver looked good on blood work done last week.
I did have some nausea for a few days when I started the epi tren but then I got used to it.
I have had some decreased appetite.
My energy level has been the shits by week four.

Thanks to Ironmagslabs for their great products. I have ran two halo cycles and a sdmz cycle in the last two years. I have also ran osta 4 times. This was my best results to date. At the end of next week I will post my ending photo.
