Exercises increased HDL cholesterol, decrease blood vessels triglycerides and
reduced insulin.Exercises increase blood vessels flow to muscles, lower heart
rate and reduce hypertension.
 
Hi Malt,
Agree with you and like to say exercises reduce the risk of premature death by preventing us from depression, high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes and certain types of cancer. So we must engage ourselves in regular workouts for healthy and active life.
