Will Document my usage of Halo extreme - (my return button doesn't work on this site? only this site too, so bare with me ) - First time ever using anything like this, been training for around 6 years now and want to go that little bitt further. - Took my first Tab today, so will try log everyday and keep upto date on sides/pros/cons. IF anyone has anything they wanna add/advise me to do then go for it.
 
Will be following. Possible to get some starting stats? Weight/BF% if possible.
 
Im not sure on bodyfat to be honest, ive never had it done properly, if I guessed tho I think it would be around 18-20%, Height is 5'7 and weight at the moment is 140, Hoping to grow a lil and get leaner :)
 
I've been talking to my wife about running the Halo so it will be interesting to see how it performs for you. Might even help her make up her mind on whether or not she wants to run it.
As for the body fat, you can pick up calipers for a reasonable price at most supplement shops or on line. And there are BF calculators online. Or if you are going to run any pre cycle labs get it checked while at the doctors office. and i would say that pre/post labs are a good thing to have for just about any cycle. Although with 1 cap a day you may not see much changes.
Just a thought.

I have read that post cycle wasn't needed with this for females? no? I will take milk thistle etc during using the halo E
 
1 cap a day other girls especially on here seem to be having good results with (that ive read so far) I think 2 caps might be a bit too much, but can only wait and see
 
Day 2, Nothing to report sides wise, no warm feeling like others have documented....Had a good workout, actually felt a little weaker today compared to previous weeks, Altho I did hit a PB on Bent over rows of 60kg (132lbs) for 6 reps, nice squeeze at the top and slow and controlled back down too :)
 
It'll probably take at least a week for you to really feel any true response to the hormone, maybe another few days to a week longer for it to be fully "kicked in". You'll know it when it starts working :)

oh don't get me wrong im not expecting to feel anything yet, I am just logging daily feelings encase there is anything anyone else using might pick up on :) - I am feeling a bit more tired, and very bloated in the tummy - I am drinking plenty water, don't know if its down to halo or anything else, maybe a diet change, who knows
 
Probably increased water intake. I noticed the same things too as I began my cycle, but I'm sure for me it's because I went from drinking 4-6 cups a day to damn near 2 gallons daily.
 
Decent workout today, Find myself wanting to do more than I normally do, that's all so far, also getting some slight headaches, don't know its its related at all :) no biggy tho
 
Trained legs today, still not sure im feeling anything, my weights were up, but they have been going up weekly anyway, squat is now at 85kg (187lbs) for 8 reps. and Lunges upto 143lbs :) happy with that as I wanted to be able to lunge bodyweight - more. No sides as yet regarding oily skin or anything

weight is stable but I certainly look a lil leaner, but diet has been spot on all week, so...
 
Actually scrap that, im 2lbs heavier this morning but I look leaner, nd im harder to touch :)
 
Typically when you gain muscle mass weight will go up. Weighs more than fat does and that would cobras pond to the leaner look and the hardness as well. Good job, keep it up.
 
woke with an extremely sore throat, passed after a few hours tho...Feel I am more fatigued than normal too, Couple of spots on my face but not any different from where I would normally get the odd one pop up, so im not putting it down to the halo completely

Very cool to see the log.

IE has a glitch with the return button. You can use Chrome or FireFox as your browser and it will work fine on vB sites like this one.
 
ah thank you Heavyiron :) - - Back is in bits after dead lifts yday, still not getting any strength gains as such yet, still cant get past 3 reps at 220, was aiming for 6 - haha
 
Still don't really have anything to report, not feeling any sides yet, not feeling any strength increase....making me wonder if its even working or if I was just expecting too much?
 
Thanks for the log. From the others I have fallowed its usually about week 2 that things really start to pop off. Stay optimistic, keep plug'n away and there will be good things to come.
 
Still nothing new to report, couple of little pimples on my chest but tbh its nothing out of the ordinary as I sometimes get them when use self tan.....The Halo has had no effect on my menstrual cycle either like I have read in a few other girls logs....
 
Sooooo, I still don't feel an awful lot from this, don't see much differences in muscle mass either....I was thining of finishing this bottle, taking few weeks off, and then getting another but doing 2 tabs a day? Or would you recommend that women shouldn't go over the one tab?
 
50mg is a lot for a woman, I personally wouldn't recommend it. I may have seen one person around here try it, but I can't remember for sure.
