After plenty of research and experience, i feel ready to begin my from pro hormone cycle. I read a lot about the supplements i bought and all have good reviews about them so i feel confident. I just want to make sure there is nothing i am missing.
Heres what i am doing:
1andro - following bottle directions or 2 caps a day
4andro- bottle direction, 2 caps a day
I know this is a popular product to stack with one another, and it does not require liver support because they are non-methylated.
Along with these two products, I am taking the following:
fish oil
50mg vyvanse 4x a week (a.d.d. medication)
nocturnabol - one cap before bed
Assault pre workout
100% whey protein post workout
casein before sleep
I am planning a 4 week cycle, I have also read that some people start 1andro a week before 4andro, is this method recommended?
As for PCT, I have a bottle of ultra male rx, but i was wondering if i should also get something like e-control? I havnt came to a conclusion about the estrogen conversion after this particular stack. Please let me know what i should do for the post cycle!
Lastly, because i am new to this and want the overall best results, can anybody help me set up a timeline for what i should be taking for each individual week, on/off cycle?
