I'm just coming off my first ever PH cycle ever. I did 50mg Halo Ex x 4 wks. Along with that was doing UMx1, AMXx2 and ACSx2. I was in a caloric deficit but had the desired effect of holding on to and maybe even gaining a little lean mass while stripping off bodyfat. I guess now I'm wondering, now what? I was just going to do 4 wk PCT of Umx1, AMXx2 and ACSx2, but I'm wondering if I should order a bottle of the Osta and do that for my 4 wks post.
And if I do that can I jump right into a cycle of SDMZ afterwards or do I need to give it a rest for a while first?
Like I said, I've completely new this stuff.

I'm old (early 40's)...
I've been training on and off since I was 12...
I'm current sitting around 190 @ 5'6" with a 32" waist
And if I do that can I jump right into a cycle of SDMZ afterwards or do I need to give it a rest for a while first?
