Just finished up the cycle...it went Unbelievably well!! Gained 17 lbs in 6 weeks all pretty fuckin solid! Just took my BP 121/60 heart rate is at 59 bpm!! Awesome product guys!

Current diet looks like this

Meal 1 - 8 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 2 slices Ezekiel toast (cinnamon raisin), 1/2 cup oats, 4 fish oils

Meal 2 - 40 g whey isolate w glutamine, 1 scoop fiber, 50 g carb from whole wheat bagel

Meal 3 - 5.5 oz chicken, 8 oz yam, 1 tbs mac nut oil

Meal 4 - (pre workout) 5.5 oz chicken, 8 oz yam, 1 tbs almond butter

Meal 5 -(post) 40 g whey isolate, 10 g glutamine, 5 g bcaa's, 100 g carbs coming from white rice

Meal 6- 6.5 oz 96/4 ground beef, 1 tbs olive oil mixed with either a small salad or green beans or spinach

Meal 7- 30 g whey, 1 cup almond milk(unsweetened) 1/2 scoop fiber, 5 g glutamine

The next two IML products i want to try is Osta RX...starting that in a couple of weeks ...eventually want to try Cyanostane RX!

Lol at the wink wink. The t-shirt are amazing. I have five of them and wear them everywhere. I get many looks. Not sure if its the shirt or me being a ginger. Lol.

started up on Osta-RX today going to run it at 3 caps a day for 4 weeks

Haven't posted in a while but i decided to run the Osta for the full 8 weeks...really loving the results, subtle but very favorable. Great pumps,sex drive super high, and great sleep.
