Looking to start my first stack or cycle. Looking more or less for advice on what to take as a beginner. As much as I read, I just see a lot of people saying "read", but no real info on where to start for beginners. I'm 27, just had blood work done and everything looks great. Blood pressure etc is great. My reason for wanting to start is a lack of strength. I have a good diet and nutrition plan set out otherwise. All info is appreciated.
