Hey guys

im new here and have considered starting my first cycle. The plan is to get on super dmz 3.0 stack. I have a few questions, is this ok for a beginner and will I need anything else for pct? I'm looking to put on size while staying lean and I have a good understanding on diet.

Btw, I've never considered running a cycle, as I've made some great gains naturally. I'm turning 28 in August and currently at 175lbs with around 10% body fat. I started at 130lbs and have always been naturally very skinny. I've been lifting for a solid 5-6yrs.

Some lifting stats..
Bench - 315lbs
Deadlift - 425lbs
Squat - 325lbs

Beyond getting blood work, it would also be wise to take regular checks of your heart rate, as well as your blood pressure.

Is it okay to split the dosage of dmz and epi andro am/pm or is it better to take both dose upon waking? Since the super dmz 3.0 stack is out of stock, I manage to purchase another stack from one of the retailers listed. But, instead of epi andro, it's replaced with 4-andro rx, is this a good sub?

Also, nolvadex helps to prevent gyno, doesn't e-control do the same?

So, I got my package in this morning, which was quick. I decided to start my cycle today in the AM one capsule of each Super DMZ 3.0, 4-andro, anabolic matrix rx, and ACS. Current weight in is 176lbs and I will be taking my 2nd dose within 2-3hrs before bed. I'm also bumping my daily calories to 3,000 from 2,600. Other supplements I take daily are ON whey, BSN AminoX, ON multivitamin, Cellucor C4, Glucosmine, and creatine 5g daily.

Is it okay to take creatine while on cycle, or should I stop?
Also, I will make an order for novalex 2wks in cycle to have it ready for PCT.
Any other suggestion or recommendations would be great.

In the future it's always wise to have a SERM and AI in hand prior to starting the cycle. Sdmz is methylated, so you need to take your acs at least 3-4hrs separate of the hormone dosage, as the acs works so well, it can decrease bioavailability of methyls and decrease their effectiveness when dosed in the same sitting.

You can continue taking all your normal staples, however keep an eye out for your heart rate and blood pressure if taking many stimulants with hormones.
 
Small update, looks like I'm getting sick. Felt like crap hitting the gym for the last 2 days but I pushed through it and keep up my diet. I'm going to try to finish out with my cycle if I can and will be picking up some vitamin C tomorrow. It's only been 4 days and I'm up 5lbs! Not sure if it's water weight from creatine, cause I've been taking creatine for while before I started.
 
Anabolics increase intracellular water and muscle glycogen. You'll notice your muscles get much more dense while on cycle, and eventually you'll feel pumped all day long. I wouldn't give too much thought of gaining any significant amount of muscle in 5 days.. perhaps a fraction of a lb.
