Hello guys im 14 and you probbaly think im a joke posting on a website like this at a young age,
but i have some goals and shit i want to achieve. My current bench max is 150, and i would like to reach it at 200 by springbreak or end of the year, the thing is im not sure if i want to bulk now throughout the winter.
I've always just been doing recomp. i Have the 6pack abs and pretty big arms for a 14 year old, so tell me what you think please, appreciate it.
Supplements-
Pure Creatine Monohydrate
Dhea(100mg Friend had told me (18) that there is little reserch that dhea help with bodybuilding and bone density. thought id throw that in there.)
Test stack(tribulus terrestris)
Saw Palmmentto(hair was always falling out for soem reason and now it has stopped)

Yeah, i use some hair shit but i dont think thats it, idk man but the saw palmentto is really helping, thanks for the reply but, my current stats are

i think i've mentioned this to you before, but stop taking the dhea. Most likely at your age that's being converted to estrogens or an overexcess of andro without muscle benefits and dhea is known to cause things like hair loss, testicular atrophy etc... seriously, especially at those dosages, quit it with the dhea.

Supplements i take/reccomend (Not all at same time, depends on cutting/bulking):
Multivitamin (Animal Pak)
Preworkout (Assault, C4, or Yok3d)
Whey Protein (GNC AMP Wheybolic)
Casien Protein for before bed because of slow absorption rate (any brand)
Creatine (Kre-alkalyn 1500)
Aminos (Usually get enough in my protein, also use Gluta-lyn 1500)
Joint supporters (Fishoil, Glucosamine and Conjointent, Peanut Oil, Flaxseed Oil)
Liver supporters for creatine (GNC Herbal Brand)
Test booster (Test-Freak by Pharma, HIGHLY RECCOMENDED)
Vitamin D3 5000IU, Zinc 30mg (for test production)
HCGenerate
Xenadrine Ultra (for cutting)
DAA (MUST CYCLE - for test)
Formadrol/Erase (For estrogen with DAA)
... (And for when you're ready and over 21, any ironmaglabs products)

Seriously bro, stay away from the dhea. not only is it not worth the results, but you're probably not even getting any positive results from it AT ALL. research it, you'll find its only beneficial for males over 40, and can be harmful if taken at your dosages for prolongued periods of time.
 
Brother i couldnt thank you anymore, thats why my nipples are puffy i stopped few weeks ago. cant thank you anymore and i notice u reply to my threads alot, thanks for all ur advice brother

At your age, if everything is working like it should (no physical ailments or illnesses) all you should need is food, food, food, sleep, sleep, sleep, and workouts three or four times per week.

Ah, to be 14 again. Reverse that and add nine years to get what I'm looking at. lol Enjoy the gym and growing!
 
I was having the same trouble with my bench. I was stuck and couldn't seam to get stronger at benching. But I do have a funky shoulder, (pops in and out?) but anyway. Here's what I've been doing and seams to be helping. When I start out I do a light weight. Like 35s on each side then with each set I add 10lbs to each side and keep doing that till I can only do like 2-3reps then I go backwards. Been doing this for couple weeks now and I have added a good 20-30lbs to my max bench. Plus it has helped make my shoulder stronger and stay in place to btw. Might try it out. Good luck.
 
Plus I really like doing incline, decline, and flat bench with dumbbells and I've really gained some strength doing this.
