Got the FLU

Just a quick question any answers would b helpful. I started dmz3.0 on feb 6 taking two a day. Everything going great till i got the flu on the 18 just got capable of eating 100 percent again. Went off dmz on the 18 since couldn't keep anything down. Missed one whole week. Should i resume finish cycle or should i cycle a month and restart all over?
