hi everyone.. im 23 years and from texas.. ive taken prohormones for a few years now and have had great results. however a year and a half ago i got a hernia and had surgery. During this time i couldnt workout and i develop knots "gyno" in both nipples. in the last year ive taken nolvedex xt twice with hardly any results. im getting very frustrated now cause.. well no one wants bitch tits... especially when the rest of your body is cut up like mine. im 6'2 at about 195 lbs. is there a product on this site that will actually get rid of my gyno?? my right nipple is about the size of a quarter and my left nipple is that and a half.. let me know if yal can help me.. thanks sustaplex :-X

well thers stuff to try and reduce gyno but once you have it its there. Unless you get the surgery and get the gland removed then deal with it and take the right stuff. Is it really that bad or just a small lump that you only know is there

its noticeable.. but it goes down alot at time.. i think with the right supplement it would go down. it went almost comepletly away with that novedex xt from gnc along time ago.. but now novedex xt does nothing

How do you avoid getting gyno? Will the pct suggested for your stack prevent it from developing 100 %?

Nothing is a 100%. Some people are more prone to it while others are not. The suggested PCT will increase your odds of avoiding possible issues though.

You can try and run a cycle of epi/letro/nolva to help but it looks like by now it would have set in pretty well. I'd ask the Doc what he thinks.

gynecomastia is the development of abnormally large mammary glands. If it develops in adolescents it usually subsides after a couple of years. No medication or antibiotics or anything for gyno the solution is in the hands of the doctor which is the surgery .
