Its been 5days on halo at one pill aday n it feels n looks to be goin go... I find myself very calmon this...n I say this because that's not me...lol..im always on d move n full of stress at times...but not on this I feel good to nothing can get me upset ...Monday i'll start doing two pills aday...i'll keep everyone posted ..o yea my workouts is ok also ...
 
Nice, the sense of well being on Halo is top notch.
 
Thought it was just me. I feel exceptionally calm myself. Feels good!!!
 
Yesterday at d gym was fun n I was thinkin it was jus me...but today was super crazy hell I didn't wont to go back home...its like my body didn't wont to fatigue out on me....its crazy...n im stil on one pill as of now...cause I didn't kno how r when I was goin to take d 2nd pill...maybe ill do one n d morning with my fish oil n ACS n protein shake..n d 2nd one before my workout at 230....do dat sound ok..r take them both at 230....one more thing can I add 2more ASC pills to each pill taken if taken at different times of the day...?
 
2-3 ACS caps will be plenty. As far as splitting your Halo, AM/PM dosing is what you'll need to do. It has a 12-14hr active half life.
 
Ok so I seen for d last 3 days my stomach is like a little fire ...lol..on d inside ..but its all good,I do b eating up a storm now...but its like that's d only way to keep d fire under control ...lol...I think its working on my mid area ...but now I still gotta find a better way to take my 2nd pill..I think ima jus do 10am-10pm...cause them r d best time to do so..

Today in d gym was out-fu#kin-standing ...wow...my workout is, Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Chest, back,thighs, calves, abdominal .....Tuesday /Thursday /Saturday. Shoulders /upper arms /forearms /calves /abdominal ...im trying to get d shape like Dave Draper or Serge Nubret ...that's the look im goin after....
 
Great news my brother. It takes time to dial in the optimal time for dosages, and the growing pains that come along with it get annoying until you see the results. LOL.
 
I tell u wat dis stuff is crazy...I love it ...I wish it was a 10week cycle on dis stuff...lol..but halo is where its at...but I do need to say,from d point I added one more pill to my cycle,two days after I seen about 13 little bumps on my chest n arm..but hell its no big thing..its all good

Im almost to a close on my halo cycle ....but I jus want to add that this sh#t is Good...lol...but im trying to kno if im not getting to sore is that a good thing...I kno d last time I was it was on day 10......but im getting bigger n stronger n my body weight is goin up also ...now do I need to kick my workout routine up a lil more...im training for mass,power, n definition...I workout for 2hrs a day at times..every body part 3×a week n abs 12×a week.....
