I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself and ask a couple questions regarding the first cycle.
I'm 5'7, 23 years old and currently 164 pounds( I lost 80 pounds over the last year).
I've been working out seriously for around 3 years and before that always kind of on and off.
since I have been cutting for almost a year and losing 80 pounds it is time to put on some more muscle
while still losing some of the last bit of body fat.
first question I wanted to ask is: is the halo extreme 8 week cycle a good start for a first time user trying to achieve some fat loss and building some muscle? also besides what's already in the stack would you suggest additional pct or are the products included in the stack enough? to be clear I'm talking about the following stack =)
PRODUCTS NEEDED:
Halo Extreme - 1 Bottle
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - 1 bottle
Ultra Male Rx - 1 bottle

I also read that you should adjust your nutrition while on the stack.
I'm currently at around 1600-1700 calories a day because of cutting. say if I would eat at my maintenance with my macros on point would it be possible to get rid of some body fat while gaining some lean muscle? also how should I adjust the diet after the stack to maintain the gains that have been made?
I appreciate all your help. I've been reading a lot in this forum and got a lot of good information but I just wanted to be sure to get everything right before ordering and starting my first cycle so any input is appreciated =)
