Yeah, the pump from Nitro 4 and Max Pump Extreme is friggin bananas! Sounds like your cycle's going well. Btw, don't get too hung up on shooting for a specific bodyweight. Often times our end result whether bulking or cutting is no where near the number we had in mind!

It typically never is. And the fact remains you could have always tried harder and tightened up your diet more. We all go through it.
Just focus on one goal and hopefully you will nose progress towards it

gahhh feeling like chit. feeling down, i don't think it's from the ph or anything (not using 4 andro yet) but I just sometimes get like this.

been eating peanuts, chicken breast and bread at my university cafeteria since it's easy to track them. Maybe that has something to do with it. Been eating the same thing for a few weeks.

Winter tends to bring people down, plus that diet could use some work. Get some good veggies in there.
 
Personally I would lower the carbs, greatly increase proteins and fats. That's what works well for me during a cut

i just miss eating garbage I think. I mean no racism but I always see this huge jacked black guys (even seen a Ronnie Coleman video and he's eating chicken fingers and fries.

Totally understand. I'm cutting right now as well and staying away from delicious junk food is the hardest part.
But trust me, stay strong willed and you will see a huge difference at the end. It's incredibly difficult for me to not eat the shit foods I enjoy.
Here's my macros on a daily basis
Protein - 260+
Carbs - 40+|-
Fats - 140 +|-
This is what works best for me, I lose fat incredibly quickly

Not when you are on anabolics
High protein helps a lot in that aspect.
This is also my cal deficit diet, so yeah I'm fucking starving 24/7 basically.
Haven't lost any muscles (noticeable)
My physical appearance looks larger with muscle and much leaner. Strength suffers slightly but that's what you get with low carbs and cal deficit I guess.
I'm keeping at it and going strong, I notice a difference daily

Oh, and I'm using my favorite epitren lol.
About to hop on 2 caps of msten in addition to my 6 caps epitren.
I wouldn't recommend this though unless you have udca and experienced

Any of you guys ever take phenibut?

Yes don't take it everyday and no more than 5 days a week.
I use it for sleep and it works wonders.
Take about 500mg on hour prior to sleep and make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep or else you will be dizzy in the morning

I take like 2g or so when I take it, I like the anxiolytic effects. You think I'd be alright at 3x a week at that dosage?

Yes but I wouldn't do days back to back, even still you might build up a tolerance, I heard it narrow neurological pathways as well so be careful

Guys I usualyly been dosing 50mg 6 am and 25mg 6 pm. Woke up just now 12:20 today.... so, when should I take my dosages? Should I just pop em all now and resume schedule tomorrow

Hovering at around 190 ish right now. Really hoping my lower abs will be able to tighten up and it's just not gonna be a big mess of loose skin... It's very like not thick at all and just moves around like a bag filled with water :(

Howarth, should be tightening up in time after several bulks/cuts and one plus you're young

thanks lat!! Thinking about maybe having a carb re-feed day tomorrow :P Just bought a bunch of these "skinny cow" ice cream sandwiches. Only like 2g fat ea and have like 5g fiber or something. Gonna hit up those, some greek yogurt and these starburst popsicle things I got.

I'd recommend for your next cycle to lean bulk to pack on those pounds to build yourself a solid frame. Then cut the sloppy weight

yeah most definitely. I was at 19% so I just wanted to get down to a nice 10/12 or so before continuing a bulk. Heard tbr body is better at partitioning the surplus more towards muscle the leaner you already are.



Would adding clen in the middle of a ph cycle be an ok thing to do or would it be too much?

Yes Lyle M. has some good reads on bulking and partitioning. Lower bf responds better while bulking.

Just be sure to monitor BP if you decide to add clen.

Would that still be a problem if I did the clen during PCT?

I feel like that might be a better time since the body wants to lose muscle / gain fat after coming off cycle.
