Just began cycle on Sunday. Have complete Halo Extreme Stack and dosing as suggested by IML.

I wanted to asses my body to the Halo so decided on taking one cap for the first 3/5 days.
First cap was on Sunday.
Woke up on Monday with a headache. Didn't go away till about 10am.

Monday

I took one cap of halo mid day. Hit the gym around 6pm.
Had a slight headache around 9pm.

Can these headaches be from BP spike?
Should I up the ACS to 3 a day?

BP spike would also be my first guess. I would up your ACS to 3 e/d hands down.

Had 1 Halo cap mid-day. Started drinking tons of water, TONS, definitely helped.

After, I had a lot of back neck pain. I don't want to get too paranoid so maybe I just fell asleep in a weird position.

Got home and checked my blood pressure and everything seems normal.

About to take my third ACS cap and I'm feeling good except for this 'Stiff Neck'.

Thanks for the help guys. Feeling a whole lot better.

I had that problem....n it only happen two times....the 1st time I didn't eat n after I ate I got so full I was feeling like I was goin to pop....the 2nd time I didn't get d right amount of sleep,it was like I had a hangover ...so I took my ass back to bed n got up a hour later feeling good....so eat to feed ur body to help it grow,n sleep to help ur body grow better ...n take in more water d 1st week like a gallon n a half.n after that take in bout a gallon. .tomorrow is my last day on halo n ima put up picture ....so u can see I had a good cycle....don't forget to eat good foods

To the op...since your bp was ok...defiantly look at your diet/h2o consumption...i think its pretty tuff to get elevated bp from anything in 2 days...look at sleep...stress...anxiety...theres a host of things that can cause a headache...

Had my single cap of Halo mid-day, didn't get a headache or neck pain.

Sleeper, Good to know I'm not the only one. Glad you got over it. I love water ha.

s2h I'm sure all those three had something to do with it. The last 2 days I've been on shift at work and I got assigned to a stressful position. I don't really get as much sleep as I'd like but 4-6 hours is normal. To top it off, I had plenty of anxiety thinking what can go 'wrong' when taking Halo.

Today, I got lucky and got assigned an easy job. Was excited about taking the halo mid-day. Made sure I was getting plenty of water. Had no issues.
Next 3 days off work (3 on 3 off). Can't wait to hit the gym and get some good sleep.

Something I've had since JR high is puffy nipples. I was obese through childhood and was a bit overweight through Jr high, Once I hit High School I never thought much of it since it wasn't too noticeable. Every time I work out my nipples get small, basically normal but a few hours later they normally puff up a bit. I asked my physician about it and confirmed via x-ray I have a small bit of breast tissue. There hasn't been any change in my nipples since jr high. Since I do have this old childhood gyno, Can Halo aggravate it?

Thanks.

Im not sure on that gyno part....but let's try something like this to add in your workout, do chest like every other day like I do for my routine ...go heavy one day but not to heavy n the next time after that go lite.....until u get a nice pump on the upper n lower part of the chest ...this will help with au wel developed chest...i'll put up half my routine to show how I do it...

Superset bench presses:1set of 25 for warm-up(135lbs.) 7 sets of 10,8,8,6,4,4......superset incline dumbbell presses : 5sets of 10,8,8,6,4....dumbbell flys :5sets of 20,15,10,5 with 25lbs/lite weight...I do this every other day, this will help to get a wel developed chest ...

Now if this don't move around that breast tissue/little fat cells with the help of halo... maybe surgery is d only outcome, if your cutting cycle/that routine don't do it 1st...good luck bro..but I don't see y halo will cause u any trouble with it,maybe it will fix it..not sure

It could also be your electrolytes. Water is great for hydration but isn't the best for your sodium/electrolytes needs. I had similar experience and took a electrolytes sup and didn't have anymore issues. Hope this helps my brother!!!

Hey Sleeper, did the super set yesterday and threw in decline press. Figured it wouldn't hurt. I'm on 2 Halo ed. Been feeling good. Checked my BP 133/70 not to bad.

Been having a few more sports drinks known for electrolytes and been feeling better overall. Haven't had any pains or headaches.

Lately, I've been waking up hungry after about 4-5 hours of sleep to make my self a protein shake. Get back to bed after.

Sounds like your headed down the right path

That's good bro...to me halo helps with the intake on food n I love that part about halo...for me...n with that routine, u going to eat like crazy..n when adding things to a routine its always good to add it here n there, jus to keep the body on the up n up...so yea its ok to do so...I added a decline workout like every other week n sum time I do it on the smith machine...not to much weight doing so...but its a 8week routine/a full cycle routine,on cycle n pct cycle together ..

Lol...I remember this one time, I jump up from a deep sleep n raided my kitchen at 3:30 in the morning like a swat team...it was crazy...if that happen to u let me kno bro...u will get a kick out of it,after u stop n think about it...
