Hey guys just wanted to let you know how my Halo cycle went. This was my first ph cycle and honestly didn't know what to expect. I ran halo for 6 weeks @75,75,75,75,75,75 stacked with 4andro @ 4 caps daily, with cycle support, fish oil, multi vitamin. I started the cycle @ 204lbs and 18%bf, 26yrs old. I was trying to cut down on some body fat while adding a little muscle. My diet was fairly solid and fairly clean, I stayed around maintenance sometimes a little below and was taking in around 2g of protein per lb. We started lifting low reps heavy weight, Monday thru Wednesday, and to change it up we would hit high reps low weight Thursday thru Saturday. The first 3 weeks I couldn't feel anything really and then between weeks 3-4 it started kicking in, especially the pumps ouch lol. My arms looked unreal and kinda hurt they were so pumped. My strength went up on everything. Before I started this cycle I was struggling with a 385bp and 4weeks into halo I got it 5 times, and ended up with 405x2 to finish a set. Ive never been strong in my lower body but was getting 405x10 squats like it wasn't anything. Okay so the positives- Pumps were unreal, strength was good as all my lifts went up, fat loss was good as I got down to around 15% bf without doing hardly any cardio, lean gains was good as my weight went from 204-205 to 210lbs and look awesome. Libido was fairly normal but definitely not bothered by the halo, aggression was fairly normal didn't really feel any difference maybe a little bit in the gym but not nothing great like I was expecting. As far as sides go I didn't really have any other than a little acne and mild back pumps but I worked through those and water really seemed to help with back pumps. As far as PCT goes im currently running nolvadex @ 20mg and I must say that ordering from superior hardcore peptides was great I got my nolvadex in like 3 days. Now as far as the ph itself I ordered it from black diamond supplements because IML and orbit nutrition was out at the time and I can promise you I will never order anything from them again. It took 9 business days to get my supplements. Any ways that's all I got just wanted to let you know how it went.
