Hello all! I've really enjoyed clicking around the forum and seeing all of your posts. There seem to be tons of knowledgable people and you all helped me to (finally) decide on the PH that I wanted. A simple google search of "pro hormones" simply brings up to many results! It's ridiculous! So thank you all.
I decided on the Halo Stack, and was wondering which of my current supps should be continued and which should be discontinued during the cycle (and when to start them up again if I should stop taking)
GNC Strength Vitapak
Amplify XL Protein
Fish Oil
GNC MassXXX
Also, I see that everyone is saying to buy 2 bottles of Halo and 4Andro but I think I want to stick with the 4 week regimen. I really don't want to "blow up" in size, rather, I want to see a nice boost. So I am taking both the halo and 4andro (along with the rest of the stack) but Im wondering how much i can expect to gain, and I know that it will vary, but an idea would be nice. Right now im lifting for hypertrophy, been lifting for 7 years, Im 22, 200lb, and about 17.5% bf.
And one final question... What should the pill taking look like (am, pm)? And should I take these starting Sunday (when my workout week begins) or Thursday when I get them in the mail (friday and saturday are rest days for me).
