Hello, I am interested in starting a cycle and need some advice.

Hey guys, i am new to this pro hormone thing and need some advice. I am 20 years old 6'3 155 pounds. I have been lifting for a year and half now and i want to boost up my physique a little more. i want to get more cut and lean mass added to me. I am not competing or anything, I just want to look a little better. Im not into gaining mass or bulky look either. I have been researching and i think i should do a cycle of halo based on my needs. While on the cycle, im going to use a cycle assist product.Then after use a PCT .Idk if i should use natural ingredient PCT or nolva/clomid? The last thing I want is to have my body in unhealthy state. Please correct me if you think I should be doing something else for my 1st cycle or I should not do a cycle at all. Thanks for the help:)
 
with 20 years your natural testosterone is very high so not really a need for cycling. also 155 pounds at 6'3 is not a lot of weight. I would recommend that you dial in your diet (eat more and eat right) and training program. with only 1.5 years of natural lifting there are still a lot of natural gains to be made especially at your age. I'm sure if you show us a sample of your daily food intake and your training program we will be able to assist you in reaching your goals without a cycle.

however if you still decide to run a cycle I would go with 6 weeks of Halo at 3 caps ed stacked with 6 weeks of Epi-Andro at 4 caps ed. as pct I would recommend 4 weeks of nolva at 20mg ed and Ultra Male. E-Control would be a nice addition as well to keep the estrogen rebound under control.

I attached a beginner cycle. instead of splitting the ph doses you could take them all in the morning.

Week 1-6
Halo Extreme 3 caps ed (2 am, 1 pm)
Epi-Andro 4 caps ed (2 am, 2 pm)
Advanced Cycle Support 3 caps ed (prior to bed)

Week 7-10
Nolva 20mg ed (prior to bed)
Advanced Cycle Support 3 caps ed (prior to bed)
Ultra Male 1 cap ed (prior to bed)

Week 10-12
E-Control 3 caps ed (prior to bed)
Advanced Cycle Support 3 caps ed (prior to bed)
Ultra Male 1 cap ed (prior to bed)

I'm not a pro so maybe some of the more experienced users could chime in as well =)
 
You could try osta and max pump extreme with good results

Thanks for the advice everyone!! I'm just going to start eating more and Have a stricter diet cause I don't really eat! But thanks. I just looked at that osta product and it is a SARM so if I do take it do I treat it like I'm doing prohormone cycle??

No, it doesn't have the sides associated with prohormones and steroids, it still however had anabolic properties. It can Be slightly suppressive but not to the same degree as other hormonal substances

So what would it do to me? Add lean mass, more cut?

That's up to you, it can do either. It will depend on your diet and training. It will definitely make everything more easily attainable. I can guarantee you that much. 3 caps or day for 8 - 12 weeks, you can do quite a bit in that time

Okay thank you so much for the advice adrenolin . Can i do it for about 4 weeks instead? Do i need a PCT after im done with the cycle?
 
You can do it for however long, but 4 weeks is pretty short for osta imho. It takes at least 2 weeks to kick in. 6 is the minimum of run it personally, with 8 - 12 bring optimal
 
Also, Google "maintenance calorie calculator", hit a few different calculators to get a good estimate of your maintenance cals. Start eating 500-1000 cals over maintenance (utilize shakes between meals to make it easier), and use HEAVY compound movements (squat, bench, deadlift, bent over rows, overhead press) in your training to help pack on the mass. Have fun!
