So, where do I start... TL;DR - I'm on TRT -

Would it benefit/optimize to use E-control 2.0 Rx and Advanced Cycle Support while on this? I know, that this is only advice not intended to treat or cure a disease or evaluated by the FDA, but in anyones (personal) opinion that knows more than I do, would it benefit to use these on testosterone cypionate weekly injections?

  • I would assume yes from what I read bc when the testosterone drops it will help the inhibit excess estrogen as I know testosterone half life is much faster than estrogen. Also, would assume that the ACS will help prostate health and likely help preventative care of overgrowth of the prostate so seeing as I have these on hand from previous protocols, I was curious if it would benefit to be taking these. Yes, No?

The Longer Story:

So basically I was running testosterone levels around 350 mg/l when I had my testosterone checked. Normally it was running 500+ each year for years, then boom, it started to drop. I was put on Testosterone Cypionate dose of 1.0 (i have no idea what units exactly). It was crazy once every 2 weeks (i know after research should have been every 4-7 days max intervals and freq being every 7 days or less.. my doctor doesn't seem to be as advanced as he had claimed, hence I'm going to find an anti-aging clinic asap.)

  • THEN, when my testosterone was tested again after 3 month of this therapy it was at 180!!! Scared me- could I be making things worse by doing this? The hell... Again, I don't know enough about this so I started reading up on it. So I'm researching as much as I can in between work and on the late night shifts of downtime. I asked to get way more so now I get 1.5 dosage of Testosterone Cypionate every 6-7 days. I think it has to be better than what I was on, and it's the highest I could get my doctor to go without breaking my bank, it's very costly. I'm going to try to get prescribed it to do self-administered injections to save money and to control the intervals/frequency to prevent excess estrogen and testosterone imbalances.
  • Side note- two things I noticed - 1) hardness, alpha, drive etc. Its working for sure. My gf has commented on it and the "hardness" inside and out and I like the feeling a lot honestly it feels more like an anti-depressant and has helped maintain equilibrium of my energy levels. 2) semen reduction - I've noticed a dramatic decrease in this, not sure if that means it is producing less on its own naturally now that I'm getting injections and synthetically uptaking this shit rather than letting the testes naturally do their work

Worried the hell outta me and I just want to make sure before I'm too deep in this that it is doing more harm than good and if I should keep an eye on any warning signs in advance. I wish there were cheaper, more effective via injection and safer ways to do this therapy, but I am grateful, and...

I just dont' know enough about it and am educating myself all I can outside of my crazy work schedule. Any help is unwaveringly appreciated! It's stressful enough as is, but I am grateful I have the option to have what I have I suppose considering things could always be worse so I'm trying to keep a level head. Thank you all so much! Whoever can help, thank you thank you thank you!

It sounds like your TRT is beginning to work the way it should, but it does sound like you need a more knowledgeable doctor. The E-Control will help keep your estrogen levels in check, and Advanced Cycle Support is a great overall health product that I personally take year round (and yes it supports prostate health). DISCOUNT CODE: ebfitness15 whenever you need anything, man!

Thank you sir! That's really all I needed to know. I just noticed sometimes around the last 2-3 days before my injections come up so I've been looking as much to educate myself as well because I'm getting back into shape as well as I'm rather dinky but luckily have preserved some muscle to get back to where I was in my twenties. Much appreciated!

Not a problem!

This thread still running? In case anyone else sees this thread and has a similar issue/question. The Doc most likely should also have prescribed you an estrogen inhibitor like anastrozole while on your injections and clomiphene while your on your 2 week break. Your "doc" is half ass'n his job.
