Hey guys as for my shoulder workouts I never really used the military press but decided to do it this one day with the barbell with reps of 185 80% max. And after that workout. My wrists have never been the same. I get pain in my wrists when I curl with bar and dumbel even when I bench and even some cable exercises. I have wrist wraps I've given almost 1-2 week rest and nothing helps. As soon as I let go of the dumbel or bar or anything I get sharp pain for about 30 seconds then good again. I don't know what to make of it , I don't know what I can do to help better my wrists
