how much of 4 andro rx a day?

hi guys
just want to know how much of 4 anro rx caps i can take a day, some said we need to have 500mg a day??
isnt that too high, 1 cap has 50 mg, shud we take 2 a day or 4 or 6 can aslo go?
can somebody please advice?
