Thank you so much Ironmaglabs for allowing me to test this compound and help others decide on if they want to spend their hard earned money on this product.

I will be running 4 caps per day which =
100mg lmg
20mg laxogenin

no idea if laxogenin works but this log will tell.

stats-
5 ft 10

Diet-
3800-4000 calories. approx 300 surplus. Lean bulking.

DAY 1
4 caps down the hatch.

No blood pressure spike. Will update after my bak workout.

UPDATE-
Deadlift up 1 rep
Weight at 210 but I feel dehydrated so that prob it. Looking forward to the gains.

Calories at 3900. Approx 300 surplus.

Min 140g protein a day.
Carbs always hover around 400ish or something
Fats around 110g depending on my choice of foods that day.

Off to pound some water.
 
day 2

noticed oil droplets forming on my face. Upping face washing from 3 a day to like 8. lol.

taking a rest day today because my whole body feels aching and my muscles are starting to strain. Gonna go back strong for squats tomorrow.

I train every day on a push pull legs so im either pressing, pulling, or squatting heavy every single day and i dont take many rest.

I feel a continuous pump all day and can already start to see the water that is said to accompany the decadrol.

day 3

weight- 215.4.. wtf.
also i had to increase my lifting belt by a notch. I attribute it to all the food i ate and decadrol bloat.
started taking 25mg of old erase just because i had a half empty bottle and i can feel balls under my nips and they kinda hurt.

lifts were alright. my squat felt easier but got the same amount of reps.

to give you guys an idea on my strength level- please dont laugh...

squat- 410
bench- 300
deadlift-460

I need to get a 350 bench, 450 squat, and 500 deadlift before i cut.

Not gonna lie, seeing that water weight gain makes me feel good haha. I convince myself its all muscle. ("oh shit 5 pounds of muscle in 1 day

day 4

getting severely bloated. look like ive gained fat but it cant be. Im on a lean bulkng surplus.

anyways the weights felt easier today (push day)

no increase in reps or weight but the weights went up easier i felt. I think i might get an extra rep on the lifts next workout.

Feel like im getting hamstring tendinitis. Im getting pain in the back of the knee. Any advice?
 
day 5

weight 212.5 although i could get my belt all the way tigntened and my stomach was noticeably smaller. I attribute the weigh loss to the 25mg erase and the fact that i had ice cream pre workout vs heavy pasta. lol.

calories 3900 like usual

deadlift same as last workout. I attribute this to the fact that my legs and posterior chain are very worn out from squatting and dead lifting heavy most days of the week.

bb rows up a rep with i feel like better form.

lat pulldown up 10 pounds with only a drop in 1 rep

reverse db flies up 5 pounds

db curls not up anything i dont think but felt easier

decadrol seems fairly mild. Next time ill probably stack it with a transdermal. will wait till end of week 3 to give my total assessment.
 
DAY 6

Weight 212.5

Squats down a rep.

Just called it a day because everything was down.

Not to happy with decadrol right now. I look fatter at the same bodyweight and I'm weaker with no change but an increase in calories. Workout is exactly the same as I've been doing for months but since I stopped my usual drugs and started te decadrol things have been going a bit down. Don't wanna put all the blame on decadrol but...

Anyways ill change my routine and see how it goes...

If I run this again it will be stacked or at 150mg minimum solo.
 
day 7

1 week mark

bench still stalled and same with close grip. actually got a rep less with close grip than usual but thats probably because i kinda let form go around the last 2 reps.

only minor strength increases on the other stuff.

I will say my joints feel very lubed up lol so thats good.

I think it might be starting to kick now, plus ive upped calories even more, just not fond of the bloat. Would an extra erase cap help or should i just ride it out?
 
Any anti estrogen may help the bloat, even 10mg of nolva, however the bloat, may also be attributed simply to a drastic increase in calories
ive only increased the calories approx 200-300
 
DAY 8

Weight 215.4

Deadlift still the same. If I don't break the plateau I'm going to Deload them run juggernaut fitness intermediate program.

well my squats are stuck and i feel its nervous system related as im eating enough calories and everything. I will be taking 3-4 days off in a row to heal to 100% then come back and hit some pr's.

Now with the decadrol... well its making a a bloated fat pig lol... I mean im sure it will go away once i stop taking it. Certainly good for bulking and packing on that extra water and padding for the joints. Definitely a good stacker for a dry compound.

rest day. Im expecting weight gain and renewed strength gains after this 4 day deload.

bloat pretty much gone with 50mg of erase and dandelion root pre bed.


 
day 12

just resting around. weight is 215.5

close grip bench went up a rep
everything else felt easier besides my skull crushers but i did control them more.

starting my cut. Ive hit my goal weight of 218-220ish now im going to start to cut. Going to be consuming mostly protein so over 300g daily. Im also going to be doing a fair amount of cardio. Also dropping the reps on my compounds to 3-5 to maintain strength. Going for my first time being shredded.

bulking review


so I feel this is a very good compound to stack when youre going on a hardcore bulk to help keep joints healthy and slick and also helps to add to the gains. If you want to run this solo i would recommend 150mg and use an AI.


will do a cutting review in about a week when i run out.
 
day 18

well i broke my 405 deadlift plateau in a cut. Hit 1 extra reps at 5 reps but the rest of my stuff dropped off from fatigue cuz of the cut.

how much is from the decadrol? dunno. i do know that i never have gained strength on a cut. Im thinking about throwing this in on all my cuts now.

Cutting review-
Very good for maintaining strength
Helps keep fullness with water while cutting
Seemed to help energy

Bulking review-
Not much to say about it here except for it does add to your gains.

UNIVSRSAL REVIEW

Bloats - counter with 50mg armimistane
Good for adding to gains

Atleast 150mg solo and then you will have to bump the AI dose.

Good stacker at 75-100mg. You will probably be disappointed solo at this dose.

Didn't appear to be very androgenic.
