Osta Rx and Halo Extreme are both female friendly products as long as the doses are kept reasonable.
Osta~2 caps daily
Halo~1 cap daily
Lean Fuel as directed on the bottle
Razor Cuts as directed on the bottle the last week of prep. Some gals will take an extra cap to cut even more water.
