I just ordered mine earlier today. How can you take the three tabs, just like other supps on here? With or without food? Do you have to up your water intake like with other PHs? Or it doesnt matter as long as they are spaced evenly apart?

if you want to start out with the full 3 cap dose, then just take all 3 caps together once per day, with food is always a good idea IMO.

I am currently running Osta RX and Ultra Male. What is the maximum over all legnth of cycle I can run this without any adverse affects?
