Just got a cold on super dmz 2.0.... Need advice on what I could or should not take

I took cough drops and small dose of nyquil at night and i was fine. i was also running the dmz.
 
Depending on how bad the cold is,if your not training,an resting,I wwould cut the dose in half ,then back up when better,either way it blows,I got stomach flu while I was on super DMz,totally ruined my run
 
In you you guys were unaware... many steroids/prohormones tend to weaken the immune response... meaning it is highly encouraged to take Immune Support Supps. Vitamin C is a very common one.. 3-10g ed (preferably taken a few hours separate from your workout).

Yea,I've heard that,don't think it's truly official,I've takin many Phs an never got sick,an ive gotten sick while not even taken em,i take all the essencials vitamins an herbs,eat lots of anioxidants,it's just the matter of luck I think,can't believe everything ya read,an how will ya really know of its even weakened anyway

It is a proven scientific fact that steroids weaken the immune system, along with about 100 other side effects. Plenty of info out there on it, just do a google search. As for the sick guy, just dont take anything that will cause an elevated heart rate. Psudeoephedrine in particular. I have also read to stay away from diphenhydramine but I have taken plenty of sleep aids/nyquil while on cycle and been fine. I also agree with Adrenolin about the supports..... Vitamin C and Zinc in particular.

Echinacia. Very cheap herb alleged to be very good for immune function. Sold in capsule form.
 
Thanks for all the post...needed that help. Up 5 pounds 17 days in pure muscle though. No water retention.
 
It's finally clearing up now after 5 days of fighting it. I work in a school and it's crazy germ infested. Thanks for the help when in need
