And I have a question that I hope someone will help me with. I am supposed to receive it on Friday and would like to get started as soon as possible. The Advanced Cycle Support is out of stock. Should I get Milk Thistle to take with it or can I take Halo for Her all by itself in the beginning?

otherwise, yes pick up some milk thistle, HFH (Halodrol) is relatively mild.

Thanks You for posting this. I plan on ordering this next week. I'm still waiting for H4H to arrive. It was supposed to come yesterday and it didn't. I'm sure the holidays have put shipments behind. Would you recommend starting at 1 a day and working up to 2? Or would it be ok to start at 2? I only took 1 yesterday and so far 1 today.

2 caps H4H per day is a reasonable place to start. Just space out the dosing.
