cycle
 
was
 
just
 
a test booster.
 
Pushing 50 I think it was just what I needed at the time.
 
I had both strength and muscle mass gains.
 
my secound cycle
 
was with methadrol extreme.
 
I saw gains in strength and weight but not really in muscle mass. Could have been my diet and I didnt use any protein supps.

I workout 2-2.5 hours a day 6 days a week.
 
I take multi vits
 
oste o flex
 
L- arginine
 
Vitamine B-Complex
 
Vitamine E
 
Vitamine D
 
Fish Oil
 
and a protein shake after my workout.
 
I used to smoke and drink.
 
My wife tells me that I only traded one addiction for another.
 
I'm down with that!
 
At least what I am doing now can prolong not shorten my life.
 
I told her I am doing it to
 
be healthier!
 
to look good naked!!
