looking to start 2nd dmz 2.0 run. question can i take ultra male with it?

last run I took 4 caps of anabolic matrix and 2 caps dmz 2.0 along with 8 caps of cycle assist for my on cycle run.

i really liked the ultra male i took during pct i could tell it was working because of crazy libido! lol gf liked the product.

with that said i think i saw more from the ultra male rx can I take that during the cycle in place of the anabolic matrix?
 
Yes you can but I would wait until your 2wks into your cycle & run it through PCT

will me results be better with the ultra male in place of the anabolic matrix? I will just do 1 cap daily of ultra male while on cycle.
 
I dont think your results will be any "better" but I can say that if you dont take Anabolic Matrix while you are taking the SDMZ 2.0 you will likely experience much more lethargy. Best case scenario for you would be to take 2 caps Anabolic matrix with the SDMZ and 1 cap Ultra Male at night throughout the entire cycle and PCT......not how I like to run it myself but this way will work just fine.

Just take Anabolic matrix @2caps ed and Ultra Male @1cap ed from start of cycle through the end of your PCT. This is how IML recommends using both products and it sounds like it will work well for you based on your 1st comments.

As for a best way Im not so sure there is one......its a personal preference thing for me but I run Anabolic Matrix @3-4caps ed on cycle and drop it for PCT. During PCT I take Ultra Male @1cap ed. Basically like you ran it for your last cycle.

thanks brother I think this run will be HUGE! I quit the gym during my pct on the last cycle and been running a lot sense I have dropped weight big time lightest I've seen is 135.5 with no clothes and I'm just under 5ft 8" so I have plenty of room to grow on this run but I don't want to eat so much that I re gain fat either.

now that I have a good base of fat percentage I want to put on muscle. do you recommend eat more just eat tons of protein I guess and protein shakes so what I gain goes to the muscles.

what should I stack with the dmz 2.0 this time? I want to gain more muscle and strength this time so def want to stack something.

From your description above it sounds like you need to dial your diet in. At 5'8" and 135lbs you have plenty of room to grow naturally through your diet. Now these products here will help your body with protein synthesis thereby maximizing your dieting efforts but if you cant maintain a proper eating regimen you will fall back to square one after your cycle is done. My personal advise is to not run another cycle until you have gained 15lbs by eating correctly. It is your choice however.......

You seriously dont need to stack SDMZ with anything at your size( no offense). You can easily gain 10-15lbs+ on 2.0 alone at this point in the game. You need to eat LOTS of good CLEAN carbs and protein throughout the day. With your stats you need about 2600 cals a day to maintain and 3000-3500 cals ed to gain. Depending on what you eat you will either gain fat or muscle. Shakes are good for post workout and if you dont have the time or appetite to eat a meal but solid food is much better in the long run.
 
As for Clean carbs I would say mostly slow digesting carbs such as brown rice, sweet potato, oats, whole grain breads, and pastas should make up the majority of daily carb intake. Of course the other part would be CLEAN fast digesting carbs focused around your workouts, pineapple, banana, white rice, etc. Basically to cause a a spike in blood sugar thus releasing insulin which will process the carbs and get you back in action for the next workout.
Anyhow I guess the CLEAN is more targeted towards the protein.......I should have said slow digesting or complex carbs as well as simple carbs, lol.:o
I consider dirty carbs any carbs you want to eat but drop on the kitchen floor and all of the dog hair and other gross shit that accumulates on the floor becomes part of your meal.:p
But seriously, refined sugar is dirty to me.
