I have not done any prohormone cycles in years and was wondering if a cycle of M-Sten would be to hard/strong on my system? Wanting to gain some strength and size.

No, not at all. Just take the proper precautions... Cycle Support and PCT etc.

Adrenolin, does the M-Sten stack add enough PCT to cover all of the side effects with out the serm?

Imho, I wouldn't want to risk an incomplete recovery... You could get away with it on the standard 2cap/ed/4wks Halo Extreme, or 3cap/ed/4wks Decadrol MAX - M-Sten and Cyanostane, imho definitely need the SERM.
