Alright guys so I'm back after a short hiatus. School has been kicking my ass ( I started a 400 level anatomy class and a 300 level sports medicine and psychology class over these past two weeks, and they're both writing intensive) Anyway, after all was said and done with the M-sten I was a whopping 201.4 pounds with little (if any) uppage in body fat. I've been on PCT for 2 weeks now and with it have gained back my desire to do some cardio and have been slimming down pretty nicely. I've reduced my caloric intake by a bit and increased my expenditure by a good amount. Have changed around my routines from plugging away heavy weight at moderate reps with low rest periods to more of a circuit training type deal. I'm weighing in at 188 as of today and have lost 0 muscle size. Strength is down noticeably but not to the point where I feel like I've lost it all as I am still squatting 250 for 6-8 in a caloric deficit (just 1 example). The old lady wants me to do another run (and I'm not complaining) after I get everything back to normal, looking to do that while she's in Georgia for 6 weeks in May to June. My thoughts here are a Halo Epi-Andro run. Likely the one stickied by Adrenolin (I think) thoughts on this? My goals at that point in time would be to add more size without having to really worry about putting on extra body fat. I've learned not to set numerical goals.
