m-sten vs halo extreme

what do you think will produce the more dry gain on a cycle period time if halo dosed to 50mg and m-sten to 20mg and could they be stacked? for example 20mg sten+ 25 mg halo for 4 weeks then 75 mg halo for the rest of bottle
