This will be my third stack from IML/BSL.
Current stats are:

BF is a really rough estimate but somewhere around 20-30% really no idea but i'm pretty thick around the middle. Hopefully I can post a few before and after photos up here at some point.

Overall I'm pretty amped ab this stack bc I had such success w/ my last one right before my hernia, I just wanna surpass where I was at the end of last summer. I will post weekly updates and keep everyone informed as possible!

Day 1 - 1/24/14
Currently taking UN Sterol Complex, Orange Triad multi, Protein, Fish oil, Controlled Labs GlycerGrow.

Feeling pretty good, lifted night before Back/Chest. I combine those because they are two of my strong points and I want to focus more on brining up my arms, so I will be working those hard for at least two days a week, possibly three if i feel the need.

Deadlifted for the first time in a month. Last session i only pulled 295 for 2. Last night I was able to get up to 385 for a single, feeling really good about it!

Motivation level is probably at a 8.5, and upbeat. I'm off work today, and for the rest of the week for that matter which is really the biggest thing pissing me off at the moment. I am only on the schedule for one day this week bc we are so slow at the resort in Boca that there are no hours. It gets deeper than that but i'll save it for another rant maybe.

Currently using time off to work out, clean the house and apply for a part time job. (Anyone in the Boca/Delray area who knows of a part time job available, please feel free to contact me via PM I will take almost anything I'm really not picky. Just want some extra income for more supplements and food! haha)

Other than that, here goes the stack!
 
Hello all, a few days late but I've been working on making a few changes in life so please forgive the tardiness.

I'm feeling very good on this stack in conjunction w/ my current supplements. Strength and endurance seem to be up, and size is just starting to show. I'm eating as much as possible, which isn't always the best route because i'm not eating the best or healthiest foods at times but i want to pack on as much muscle as I can. But still, bodyfat seems to slowly be decreasing and I can only hope I can even out my diet as I continue thru the cycle.

My mood is great, very up beat and most of the time energetic and positive. I can't be sure which product I can thank for that because that is one of the main effects of the UN Sterol Complex i've come to notice while taking it. I can only think its probably a combination of that and the 4-Andro. Either way, a nice way to have things.

Because i don't lift for weight and PRs, i'm not really keeping track of how much I am lifting as opposed to how good I am lifting. Very concentrated, and i'm really trying to keep the best form. I do feel like i'm slipping a bit, so this week i am going to be dropping weight even lower and try to re-focus. I feel doing this early on in the cycle is a good thing bc before i began I had been going strong and heavy for at least 2 months. This would be a good time for that. I do recall, however finally putting up 225 on INC bench for ab 5 reps which is great for me at this point. Also deadlifting i hit 395 for a single that was very note worthy, and squating went up on my 8th set still able to deep squat 225. (that routine is a split of wide stance to parallel, into close stance to ground)

All in all I can't wait to get back in the gym. I'm taking today and tomoror off from lifting, just cardio on tomoros docet and I will try and get back on the forum next week. Till then!
 
Thought I would post real quick tonight, had a great leg workout. I ended up taking the past 2 days off from the gym completely to just recalibrate and get a little rest for the muscles. I think all the pounding they've been taking for the past few months has been wearing on me bc my joints are beginning to feel sore. The time off helped and I felt great under the bar today, low-bar/wide stance and finished w/ 3 sets of high-bar/ ass to grass squats. First time using the belt again after the hernia surgery and it went better then expected! Def gave me a great confidence boost for the next heavy exercise in the routine.

Also, i feel this is note-worthy... I'm beginning to notice my attitude changing slightly. I'm a pretty quiet guy, i don't talk a lot of fluff or filler. Mostly any conversation i make has some depth, but for the most part i'm just a chill dude and i don't really get angry ever. But I've noticed that i've been feeling not so much angry or frustrated, but my opinions are surfacing more and more and i feel a lot more strongly about them than ususal. I def like the feeling, its quite motivating and in no way is it the sort of bad way or "rage" that ppl often refer to. Just thought i would tag that little bit.
 
I've really gotta say,this has been a damn good stack so far. As of now, the biggest thing i've noticed - along side how i'm looking physically - is my strength. Every weight I pick up seems to be easier and easier even as i'm increasing the weight! Its a great feeling, I'm just ab the halfway point thru the MDE so i've still got the rest of the bottle and the entire run thru EpiTren coming up. Can't wait to see what next week brings!

Awesome dude, thanks for checking in. I'm about 3 days away from starting the EpiTren, i'm pretty pumped bc I had some great success on my last cycle w BSL Tren product. I kept my mass, but leaned out while I was on the Tren. So i'm pushing for the same, but better results w/ this.

As for my weekly(ish) update, just did shoulders tonight after work and was it ever one of the good ones! And quite the significant event as I have offically surpassed my pre-Hernia strength! Tonight was the first night I could say that I have passed my old lifts at the end of my last cycle, and just before i was injured so tonight was great for me.

I started w/ my usual shoulder warm ups, some cable work to loosen up the joints and get the blood flowing into them. Went right for standing BB press, worked my way all the way up 195x2 with just a hint of body english to get past my head on the first rep. second rep was smoother and almost no bounce. Pretty excited at that bc it felt so easy! Moved onto seated DB press, worked up to 95s x8! def was feeling the pump tho, my front delts were screaming at the end.

AS for physical appearence, i do offically have a gut, put on a lot of extra fat but that really hasn't bothered me bc my offical goal was to regain all the strength i lost and i appears i have achieved that. But not to say that my upper body really does a great job of covering up the fat bc my shoulders, back, chest and arms fill out most of my shirts. So that is quite nice.

Mood is great (aside from being pissy at work bc of uncontrolable factors at the moment) but overall been feeling great. Still taking everything I started with, including the Sterol Complex, highly recommended once again. I feel it helps keep everything in the positive.

AS for diet, Today marks the start of the summer cut. So i cleaned up EVERYTHING. Going w/ a low carb approach, rationing my carb intake around my lifts and cycling them throughout my off and cardio days. Also i will actually be making time for more cardio bc well i haven't been lol.

Everything ab this stack is a plus, nothing else to say besides if you are on the fence ab trying it. Just chalk up the money and do it. You will not regret.

Yesterday was my last day of MDE, offically started the EpiTren bottle this morning. Was feeling pretty good today so I decided to pull a 2-a-day w/ some light am cardio for ab 30 mins and I just finished w/ a killer arm session. Wanted to finish the MDE bottle on an arm day just to get the very most I could out of it. Gotta say it was one awesome workout. Changed up from my normal routine of super setting bis and tris and focused on one group at the beginning and the other at the end of the workout. I def felt the burn and the pain! and since i've started carb cycling, i was pretty depleted in the am, took in some carbs for my preworkout meal and loaded up w/ some gatorade intra and a little extra sugar in my protein pwo. Was getting one of the best pumped i've had so this has been some great motivation to keep rollin hard.

On the down side though, i've really been feeling the effects of a decreased sex drive. Good or bad, my workouts are getting better and better, but i just haven't felt all that "excited" lately. I personally am fine with this, it happened on my last cycle and it was no big deal. I didn't have a girlfriend then and I don't now so i've got no one to really please on that front.

Other than that mood is good, and I'm continuing to lean out little by little.

Good to hear about the progress brother! Are you taking the ultra male rx with it? From what i understand that's supposed to keep it up, but if you got nothing to worry about on that front then it's just that. Hope you make some great gains and cut well brother! I'm getting gyno surgery upon return from my deployment in early april and after my recovery i will start up this cycle and hopefully it will give me some significant gains.
 
Nice man, I've been using a natural herbal product from Universal called Sterol Complex, it does wonders for the sex drive and its ab half the cost. But this happened last time I was on MDE, its the heaviest hitter and it basically turns you into a lifting monster. You don't give a f*ck ab anthing else but lifting. I've been into the EpiTren for over 2 weeks now, and the drive is coming back even w/ a limited intake of the Sterol Complex. So i've just chalked it up to u get what you pay for w/ the MDE, go big or go home!

My diet on the other hand has been terrible, just can't seem to keep it cleaned up and regular. Anyone else in the food service industry knows what i'm talking about. Sometimes you can go the whole day w/o getting a full meal in and when you get the chance you just pound what ever the hell is lying around. So I've got the next 3 days off to really shop and clean up it up for the home stretch. But my gains are sticking around quite well. I'm actually filling out my 2XL shirts! I don't have a scale but i'd love to find out my weight. Hopefully I can get to one when I Finish the cycle. Other than that, mood has been good and I'm looking forward to a solid leg day tomoro.

PS Sodeepop, how much is the gyno surgery gunna cost ya?

the gyno is free. I'm in the navy they are taking care of it. I go in April 16th. I'll be out of commission for a month or so and I'll try to hit it for a couple weeks before I start my cycle. This is my first cycle so I hope I make some decent gains off of it. My gyno was from puberty, I just never though to get surgery until I decided to go on a cycle. I'm 25 now.
