Mis-charged for an order

I tried to place an order sometime last weekend but every time I clicked complete order, the final button, it would say that my card is not working. I tried multiple cards and still got the same message so I gave up ordering. However, on my card it says I was charged 290$ when the order never went fully through. I didn't receive an email nor an order number.

I called multiple times and haven't had anyone answer on either of the lines. Not to mention I also sent an email from the "contact us" page.

If someone can help me set this straight it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
