I dropped almost $500 on an order and I'm missing three bottles of SDMZ. Who do I contact for my missing items ? Sidenote I have had many orders with IML and this is the first time I have had an order issue.

No worries, if they made an error, they will correct it.
Think about the PH ban and hundreds of orders they processed, plus with the Holiday there are delays in shipping, etc..
The timing and quickness of it I am sure created some errors for IML. 99.9% of the time they are 100% accurate.
