This has been my experience with your company. I put in an order for 2 bottles of turkesteron each bottle on separate orders and 1 bottle of gear cream that I used zip to purchase... A week later I get 1 bottle of turk and my gear cream and other bottle of turk is still processing. I open a ticket about the gear cream, I was told there was a glitch with zip and the guy added in the 4 Andro cream for an apology. Then I asked about the other bottle of turk and instead of sending my order he just refunded my money on it and now I have half of a cycle which is pointless. Then my order was processing another week and I opened a ticket on Saturday and was told it would be shipped out Monday and it wasn't. So Tuesday I open another ticket and was told I never paid for the gear cream and my order was cancelled and I sent my zip receipt and then magically my order was found and eventually it shipped. The chances of using this company again aren't good, which sucks because from what I've heard you guys make good products but it doesn't do much good if the products never show up. Horrible experience.
