Hello guys, I need some advice on my first course.
I’m 28 years and training almost 3 years now. I was reading a lot about the PH and decided to make my first course now.
My goal is to gain the lean muscle mass and the second thing is to get some extra strength.
I was reading many recourses and forums about PH for almost a half year, so I hope I got all the information right, but anyway I would like to get some last advices and recommendations from you.
Do you think that everything on my list looks good and proper, or I need to fix it a bit?
Cycle:
Weeks 1-4: Msten RX at 10mg a day
Weeks 1-4: Blockade on cycle support at recommended dosage.
Weeks 1-4: Aegis Liver protection (TUDCA) at recommended dosage.
Weeks 1-4: Taurine at 5 gram
PCT:
Weeks 5-8: Liquid Tamoxifen at 20/20/10/10
Weeks 5-8: Post cycle 3X at recommended dosage
Weeks 5-6: Aegis Liver protection (TUDCA) at recommended dosage.
Weeks 6-8: Reduce Xt at recommended dosage (not ssure about this one, need some help)
Weeks 6-10: DAA at 3grams a day
Week 8-10: E-control RX 2.0 at recommended dosage.
Also planning to take some usual things on cycle and pct, such as : fish oil, opti-men multivitamins, Xtend bcaa and Creatine.
My height is 6"3 ,weight is 197lbs with about 13% of BF.
