Neck Cramps on Halo and Cyano

Hi...I am on Halo, 3 ed, and Cyano, 2 ed...on my last week of Cyano. I've been getting terrible cramps in the front, by my throat, and the back of my neck for a few weeks now several times a day. I am not getting any cramps in my legs or arms, some in my back but not bad. I am drinking tons of water everyday. Just wondering if anyone has any advice for me or if I just need to add even more potassium to my diet, more than already. Thanks for the advice.

....try taking halo at 2 a day or at ( 1 a day)
 
As mentioned, back off your dosage & see what happens. Some of this stuff is trail and error as everyone responds a little different.
 
Ok, thanks for the advice. I'll try that. I read everywhere that 3 Halo's per day were the sweet spot and 2 cyano per day. So I just thought that would be where I started. I'll back off a bit and see what happens. the cramps aren't too bad to ruin my day just an inconvenience and wanted to make sure nothing else was going on. Either way, 3 ed and 2 ed are crazy on the gains, I've bulked and lost some fat.

If you back off & find out that the cramps are still prevalent, then you can bounce back.

i dropped back to 2 ed of Halo and the cramps kept up so I went back to 3 ed and added more bananas to my diet and it seemed to help tremendously...
 
oh, i also added some salt to my diet a bit more. I think it's bc I was sweating a ton, way more than normal while on this cycle (I sweat alot anyways but this was more) so I added salt to help contain some water. I'm gonna say that did it...
 
gonna bring this back from the dead.... as its funny how everyone recommended he drop down to 1 cap a day!!! lol!
 
Crazy right...we all learn as we continue. It was just cramps...nothing to do with the supps so the dosage went back up.
 
I have these once in a while when I look up to high when squatting of deadlifting. Do you notice these cramps the day after those lifts by chance?
